Considering the emerging market for rat traps, Acme Corp offer semi- automatic and fully automatic rat trap making machine with hot melt adhesive for traps.
The machine has an auto feeder, slot die gun with pneumatic cylinder for up-down movement, heated hose, tank applicator, buttoning mechanism and conveyor with guides for folding. It has a maximum speed of 30 pieces per minute with 15gm glue on each board. The complete mechanism is customizable as per client’s need.
